In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of personal data provided through the contact forms on this site, operated by Alpha Capital Group for Black Diamond Global Investments (including its Hypercars acquisition division and its collaboration programme for real-estate professionals, Black Diamond Deal Partners).

2. Data we process
Through our contact forms we collect: full name, email address, phone number, investor profile and, where applicable, an additional comment or message. In the case of real-estate professionals (broker form), we also collect company, position, website or professional profile, and information about their activity (experience, type of transactions, areas and volume). We may also process technical browsing data (IP address, advertising identifiers, campaign UTM/fbclid parameters) in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of processing
- To manage applications from real-estate professionals (brokers, estate agencies, developers, owners and partners) who wish to collaborate with Black Diamond, assess their profile and, where appropriate, formalise the collaboration agreement.
- To manage and respond to your request for information or a private dossier.
- For our sales team to contact you to expand on the information requested and qualify your interest.
- To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and optimise their reach, including sending conversion events —email and phone number encrypted with SHA-256— to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Ads, via Pixel and Conversions API), only when you have accepted non-essential cookies.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and on the controller’s legitimate interest in managing leads and measuring advertising (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Recipients
Your data is processed through Make (Celonis Make s.r.o.) as an automation platform and through our sales CRM (Go High Level), and —only if you have accepted advertising cookies— encrypted identifiers are shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Data is not passed to third parties for purposes other than those described here, unless required by law.
6. Retention
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage your request and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter until you request its deletion or for the periods required by law.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gustavo@alphacapitaldevelopments.com. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
